You must first be registered with a SARAO account in order to use the tools for preparing and submitting a proposal or when you access any of the following:

Clicking on any of the links to the tools will bring you to a log in page e.g. https://archive.sarao.ac.za/ where you will be brought to the authentication page.
Click on “New User? Register''
Follow the instructions
An authentication link will be sent to your registered email address within a few minutes.
The validation email is valid for 5 minutes
If you don’t see an email, please check your spam folder. There are known issues of emails being kept in quarantine. The token then expires before the user is able to use it.
Please contact the helpdesk should you be unable to bypass your institute’s spam quarantines.
