If you don’t see an email, please check your spam folder if you do not find it. The link expires within a short period. Should you have difficulty receiving this mail due to spam filters/mail quarantine, please contact the helpdesk for assistance. There are known issues of emails being kept in quarantine. The token then expires before the user is able to use it.
