The 4th MeerKAT 2023 Open Call for Proposals has been issued. Deadline for submission of proposals: 3 May 2023, 14:00 SAST (12:00 UTC) In order to assist all users with proposal preparation, two live online information sessions will be given on the 3rd and 4th of April 2023 (to cater for time zone differences). We shall walk new and returning users through the proposal preparation resources and answer any questions that may have arisen while preparing observing proposals. Users are welcome to attend either session at their convenience. All proposals must be submitted using the MeerKAT Proposal Submission System (PSS). Prior to submitting a proposal, please ensure that you have done the following at the preparation stage:

Input the names, email addresses, affiliations and countries of all the members of the project. This includes the Principal Investigator*, all Co-investigators* and the Technical Lead*. As relevant also indicate whether the proposal is a core component of a PhD thesis.
